Very recently i sat down to watch an IPL match. I dont watch cricket regularly neither am i a fan of it. But having been jobless, i tried watching the game. Match had not started by then. It was time to toss the coin.
Coin was tossed. It flew up in the air....all eager heads were lifted up in the air!!!
Coin fell down... n all asked "Head or Tail???? "
I just asked "What if its neither of them??".
A voice behind me furiously replied "Fool...it has to be either of the two. There is no other side."
Now i ask u all....are there only 2 sides in a coin???????
Take a look at ur coin again....look carefully...there is a 3rd side in a coin, unfortunately none of us noticed or that none realized there is one.
How many times we played with those coins...analysed every writings in it, made circles from it, studied probability, tossed in air, kept it rolling and made it stand on the third side of the coin!!! dint we??? But we still dint realise there was another side.
U know y??????
Because right from childhood we hear head or tail...dats it.
When the whole world said so...we believed it so....
Dats our problem frndz....When the world said it...we believed in it.
We dint talk back....its ok,
But we dint think back too!!!
Now let me put it in a much harder way....
At school, only 2 courses we knew....Biology or Computer science;
After school, only 2 streams we knew...Engineering or Medical;
An Engineer knows only 2 jobs...either a s/w company or a BPO.
Just lik 2 sides of a coin....
Shall i call it funny or label it pathetic?????
Is there no course to take up but for bio n cse????
Are there no other streams but for engg n medicine????
Has this world given just 2 jobs to choose from????
Think Think Think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wake up guys....Its already too late....
Our mistake is we walk with the world...not knowing where it takes us, but just that all walk so i walk too.
Taking the same road everyone takes....
Not that we like walking with them...
But that we are afraid to take a new road...
For the fear of getting lost!!!!
The fact is...
Its now that we are lost in the crowd... unidentified, unknown, hopeless, struggling to survive.
Frndz.....
Step out of this usual road...
Explore a new untaken one ....
Each of us are unique....
I dont say so...
God created us so...
Prove the world u r not among the crowd....u r different n above the crowd.
Show the world how UNIQUE you are!!!!!

Good thinking but faiz... In TN 5 lak students pass 12th in tat nearly 1 lak students come to engg and some thousands go to medical... now wat to do u think the remaining are doin.....??? everyone knows tat engg or medical is not the only thing we have.... Engg is to earn money soon and medical is to earn social respect.... so guess wat are the views other 3 and half lak people hav?????

Still more get into arts, not that they lik it but that they cant afford to do engg!!!

ReplyDeleteFaizu , welll said , this world has made us to think so !!! compelled us to choose only 4m the two options ! i had once asked the same question wen i was studying in 5th standard , wen v were playing games , y always head/tail y not both , there is always 3rd option! but people around me made just fun of me , even did my parents and so my teachers.
ReplyDeleteonly when i studying studying 11th standard i happen to ask the same question to my physics sir, since he is ry much practical and logical !!! he said , there is always a third option but its probabilty is ry less and people tend to ignore it due to its negligible possibility of occurence ....
just for an coin it took me 6 years to find the right person and find the right answer , then think bout the whole world and the decisions v take ry day!!! But its ry hard to get our people outta this thing, even if they ll it ll take sum tym , but my view is as the 3rd option the probabilty is ry less for the people to turn up like as you said. Hats off to your blog i liked it very much :-)

ReplyDeleteprobability of getting the third side is very less in thinner coins . but now in modern economy more people are using thicker coin. so in near future you will find people choosing different fields.
